Christina Vanderlaat fell in love with figure skating at age 6 and competed at a national level for Sweden.
Sport and Fitness were a part of entire Christina’s life. That’s why holding an MBA and having built a great carrier in the corporate world (major investment banks, Royal Caribbean & Carnival Cruise Lines) due to her overwhelming love to help people look and feel good, Christina returned to her fitness passion and was certified in personal training, yoga, Pilates, Spinning and Zumba.
Christina practices the same principles at her home with two children who are practicing and competing at a high level in their respected sports, hockey and figure skating. Christina has a true love for fitness and living healthier & better that she shares with everyone.
Health and fitness has been a lifestyle of Terry’s for many years.
As a prior service member for 5 years in the Marines Corps, he holds himself to the highest standard of professionalism in all that he does. Helping others accomplish their fitness goals is a passion of Terry’s. He strives to motivate and assist his clients in pushing their limits to transform their bodies. Terry is a certified personal trainer through the International Sports & Science Association (ISSA).
Currently enrolled as a student at Nova Southeastern University, Terry continues to further his education in the health and fitness industry by pursuing his BA in Exercise Science. He is extremely dedicated to his clients in provided them with the utmost care and attention needed to provide a hardworking, fun and enjoyable experience.
Fiamma Sierra moved from Puerto Rico in 2011 to pursue her goal of becoming a psychologist. She got her Bachelor’s at FIU now and getting ready for Masters. While studying, Fiamma found her passion for fitness and became a Certified Personal Trainer with American Council of Exercise (A.C.E.). Helping others reach their goals is Fiamma’s main priority. One of Fiamma’s main goals is to bring out, not only your physical, but a mental self-confidence as well. She is a strong believer that working out, and having those 50 minutes with GRAVITY can make a huge positive influence on your life.
